Getting plenty of rest, relaxation, and eating healthy will also help prevent the flu. Avoid possible place or areas where the Swine Flu has contaminated. Can I Get Swine Flu From Water?


Water from the tap that has been treated and disinfected is not likely to transmit the influenza viruses. Up to date drinking water rules and regulations create a prevention from the Swine Flu or other viruses. However no research has been done on likeliness of H1N1 virus in drinking water. Due to the chlorination in the water it would most likely kill any viruses. No cases of viruses from drinking water have been reported.

Not likely the Swine Flu virus is spread through food. Eating and cook pork is safe as of now. However is an infected person was to sneeze or cough on this food then it may be likely to transfer it.
